This was more than just a leadership development workshop. Leadercast Women XNA brought together hundreds of Northwest Arkansas’ leaders looking to take courage and intention in their leadership journey.

Hammons Convention Center in Rogers, hundreds gathered for a special showing of Leadercast Women 2019—Take Courage (six inspiring presentations from world-renowned women speakers) that prompted compelling topics for the local panel discussion featuring five of Northwest Arkansas’ heavy hitting businesswomen.
